Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This page explains the cookies our website uses, and why. The short version: we've made deliberate choices to keep this site nearly cookie-free. There's no cookie banner because there's very little to consent to.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They're used for things like keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, or tracking how you use a site. Some cookies are essential to a site working at all; others exist only for analytics or advertising.
2. What we don't do
To be specific:
- We do not use Google Analytics
- We do not use Meta Pixel or any Facebook tracking
- We do not use any advertising or remarketing cookies
- We do not sell visitor data to anyone
This is a deliberate choice. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and collects no personal data. You can read about how Plausible works on their website.
3. Cookies that may appear on this site
The few cookies that may be set on this site come from third-party services we use, and only in specific circumstances:
Vimeo (video player)
We embed videos from Vimeo on workshop pages, the About page, and the testimonials page. Vimeo may set cookies only if you click playon a video. We use Vimeo's “Do Not Track” mode to minimise this, which prevents Vimeo from tracking you for advertising. If you don't play any videos, Vimeo sets no cookies.
Cal.com (workshop booking)
We use Cal.com to handle workshop bookings. If you book a workshop, Cal.com may set session cookies during the booking process to remember your selections (date, venue, attendee details) as you move through the flow. These are functional cookies necessary for booking to work.
4. Managing cookies
Because we set very few cookies ourselves, there's no cookie consent banner on this site. You can still manage cookies through your browser settings if you wish:
Note that blocking cookies entirely may prevent the Cal.com booking flow from working properly.
5. Changes to this Cookie Policy
If we add new services that set cookies, we'll update this page to be specific about what they are and why. The current version is always at comagnify.com/cookie-policy.
