Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2026
CoMagnify Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or access needs. This statement covers what we've done, what we know works, and what we're still working on.
1. What this statement covers
This statement applies to comagnify.com — the website where we publish information about our marketing training workshops, take bookings, and run our business operations.
2. Our accessibility commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is the standard most modern UK websites are expected to meet.
Before launch we audited the site using three automated accessibility tools: Lighthouse, axe DevTools, and WAVE. We tested a representative sample of pages and fixed every issue these tools flagged. We have not yet commissioned a full manual audit by a specialist accessibility firm, so we can't claim formal WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, but the site passes the automated checks that catch the great majority of accessibility issues.
3. What we've done
The site has been built with the following accessibility measures:
- Semantic HTML throughout — proper heading structure, navigation landmarks, and content regions that screen readers can interpret
- Keyboard navigation works on the whole site — you can move through pages, links, and forms using Tab and Enter
- Alternative text descriptions on images, so screen readers can describe them
- Strong colour contrast on body text and headings, well above WCAG Level AA minimums
- Responsive design that works at any browser zoom level up to 200% without losing content
- Layouts that reflow cleanly on mobile devices and tablets
- Video embeds have descriptive titles for screen readers
- No autoplay video or audio — you control when content plays
- Browser focus states preserved on links and buttons, so keyboard users can see where they are
4. What we're still working on
We know automated tools don't catch everything. Specifically:
- We haven't tested with screen readers as thoroughly as we'd like, particularly NVDA and JAWS on Windows
- We haven't yet had a manual audit by a specialist accessibility firm
- The mobile menu has known limitations and improvements are underway
If you encounter an accessibility problem we haven't mentioned, please tell us. See Section 6 below.
5. Third-party content
Some parts of our website depend on third-party services whose accessibility we don't directly control:
- Vimeo, we use Vimeo to host our workshop and testimonial videos. Vimeo's player has its own accessibility features and limitations
- TicketTailor, our workshop booking widget runs on TicketTailor. Their embedded booking interface has its own accessibility implementation
- Google Maps, we embed Google Maps on our venue pages to help visitors find each location
If you have difficulty using any third-party content on our site, please let us know. We may be able to help directly, or work with the provider to address the issue.
6. Reporting accessibility problems
If you find any accessibility issues — particularly anything we haven't already listed in Section 4 — please tell us:
Email: info@comagnify.com
Telephone: 01454 406006
We aim to respond to accessibility reports within 5 working days.
If you need information from our website in a different format — such as large print, plain text, or a different format we can prepare for you — get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
7. Enforcement
If you've contacted us about an accessibility concern and you're not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS):
Telephone: 0808 800 0082
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing accessibility regulations in England, Scotland and Wales.
