What bespoke looks like
Our standard 90-minute and half-day workshops are designed for small mixed groups in our West of England venues. Bespoke is what we do when that doesn't fit. When you want training built around your business, your team, your specific situation.
Bespoke engagements typically start at half a day and go up from there. We've done one-on-one sessions on specific software, half-day team workshops on niche topics, multi-day programmes that build skills over weeks, and full-company keynotes from a stage. Format follows need.
Content can be a tailored version of one of our existing workshops, or built from scratch around a topic that matters to your team. The brand voice stays the same: engaging, inclusive, no fluff. The shape of the work changes to fit what you actually need.
What it costs
From £1,500 per day
We can set up a half-day or single-day engagement for a small team or one-on-one. Beyond that, pricing scales with scope: how many days, how much customisation, where it's delivered, how many attendees.
Multi-day programmes, full-company keynotes, and engagements that include consulting alongside training all sit higher up the range. We'll quote properly once we understand what you're after.
Travel and venue costs are billed separately if you'd like us at your location.

A small team wants to get serious about LinkedIn.
Half-day in-person session for a six-person professional services team. Tailored version of our LinkedIn workshop, with examples drawn from the client's own industry and live profile reviews for each attendee. £2,200.
A founder wants to learn AI tools properly.
One-on-one programme over three sessions, online. Custom prompting frameworks for the founder's specific business, with practical exercises between sessions and a follow-up review. £4,500.
A company-wide AI introduction.
Two-hour keynote delivered to a 90-person company at their head office. Briefed against the company's existing tools and culture, with a live Q&A. £3,500 plus travel.
A marketing team wants a tailored quarterly programme.
Series of four half-day sessions delivered quarterly, building the team's capability across brand strategy, AI, social analytics, and SEO. Custom syllabus, ongoing relationship. £14,000 across the year.
How it works
- You send us an enquiry. Tell us roughly what you're after, or just say hello if you're still figuring it out. We'll come back within a working day with questions and an initial sense of fit.
- We talk it through. A short call (usually 30 minutes) to understand the brief properly: what you're trying to achieve, what your team already knows, what would actually move the needle.
- We send a proposal. Specific scope, specific dates, specific cost. No ambiguity.
- You decide. If yes, we book it in and start preparing. If no, you've had a useful conversation either way.
Two weeks' notice is the minimum we'd typically work with. If you've got a deadline, talk to us. We'll find a way if we can.
